This is self care at its finest. I have been having pain in neck and the back of my head for months. Eventually it would lead to tension headaches. Stress and computer usage are the culprits, but this melts all the pain away. It really does feel like an expensive massage by a human. I love massage chairs but they never get my neck and shoulders. If you are thinking about making the investment in yourself, do it!

My husband and I both tried it as soon as it arrived - we both love it. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the heat setting -it didn't seem to do anything except heat up the space between the larger pieces which doesn't really touch you.....
